Powers of Attorney

Powers of attorney are extremely useful documents. They can give you peace of mind that your affairs will taken care of by a person you trust should you ever be unable for any reason to make medical or financial decisions for yourself; or should you not be able to sign documents.

It is important that both you and the people you appoint to act on your behalf understand the limitations of the power being assigned, together with the responsibilities expected of them when acting as your attorney.

We offer fixed fees for preparation of these documents.

Please call one of our experienced team at the Summit Law group to make your appointment.
