Family Law

For Aggrieved / Victims

In NSW these Orders are called Apprehended Violence Orders. In Queensland they are called Domestic Violence Orders.

We have been appearing in specialized domestic violence courts since 2015 and continue to do so. We have a vast experience of what you may be suffering as the abused in a domestic violence matter and for that reason, we actively support the charity known as RizeUp and volunteer our legal services on a pro bono basis where applicable.

As a person exiting a domestically violent relationship or marriage, we appreciate more than ever that what you do not need in your life is another bully or someone else manipulating, taking advantage or coercing you. We will be available to you by way of text message at any time at no cost to you – regardless of your financial circumstances. We will guide you through the process and fiercely protect you at every stage of your matter.

For a free no obligation consultation with one of our experienced team, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may guide you and protect you as you deserve. It is always the right time to say no to domestic and family violence. We are with you every step of the way.
